KWA Construction broke ground this month on a new five-story, 139-unit luxury student housing project, located on Eagle Drive near the University of North Texas (UNT) in Denton, Texas. Scheduled for completion by July 2013, this student housing complex – 33 Degrees North – takes student housing to a new level … a much more luxurious level. Configured in one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom floor plans, each unit includes a private bathroom per each bedroom, queen sized pillow-top beds, granite countertops, clean-steel appliances, and 42-inch flat screen televisions. 33 Degrees North will also include a luxury community space outfitted with a fireplace, café, fitness center, infinity pool, outdoor deck and tanning rooms. Parking will be available in an adjoining five-and-a-half-story parking garage.

The 33 Degrees North project will add 427 beds to UNT’s available student housing. Leasing will begin soon for fall 2013 semester occupancy.
